OK so I tried this place out because I had a food comp, and it's the CB's only 24 hour restaurant. I ordered the Philadelphia Cheesesteak Panini, though I had severe reservations in doing so.
First alarm bell, premade packaged sandwich thrown in the nuker, oh dear gawd!!
Then it was taken out and thrown on the Panini Press. Second alarm bell, WTF was I looking at, it was a pile of compressed minute steaks so compacted together that they formed a patty of sorts.
Third alarm bell, could not cut in half with the plastic knife provided, had to use the steak knife brought over by the server who saw me valiantly trying to cut it with the plastic knife.
Now for the moment of dread, I had to eat it, and to my surprise it tasted delicious. The meat though compacted as it was, was not dry, and actually seemed slightly seasoned, the cheese was rich and creamy and well melted, and the mushrooms and peppers actually added flavor and texture, not just mushiness.
The bread however was the star, it was crispy on the outside, and soft and chewy on the inside and was cornmeal dusted. It was DELICIOUS!!!
Yes I'm as stunned as you are, but somehow this was good, and I actually would order it again!
Service was fine, and prompt, not sure how the other menu items are, and though it looks funky, the PCSP is a good choice! -

Oh. My. God. What the hell happened? We've stayed at the Colorado Belle for years and this used to be our safe, go to for a quick, late night bite. (It was Capriotti's previously) It is now the absolute worst sandwich I have ever had in my life. Literally inedible. We ordered the chicken prosciutto panini. Panini was so hard and over microwaved that I couldn't even take a bite-and believe me, I tried. I was starving so I tried to tear a piece off but to no avail. Tried to just eat the meat/chicken-same deal. Severely over microwaved and terrible tasting. Into the trash it went. Complete waste of money and I'm going to bed hungry. Whaaaaah.

Good spot to pick up some quick food that's not greasy. Super convenient for Keno players. Maybe a little more menu variety and/or lower the prices a dollar and I'd give 5 stars!

Somewhat disappointed with all the new changes. The sandwiches are now premade and the breads seem stale. They got rid of the beat sandwich they had the BLT. I used to go everyday to get my blended coffee or a smoothie but they decided to take out their blender. Needless to say, I don't go as often, maybe once a week instead of every day. I do appreciate Andrew who works there as well as Arias and Cherokee. They have always been courteous and attentive. The workers are the only reason I even gave 2 stars overall. If it was based on food alone, no stars would be given.

I stayed at the Colorado Belle for the Cinco de Mayo, visited The Deli, I noticed several cockroaches on floor, Customer screaming in fear. The Menu needs to upgraded real meat please, we need better options.
